Sales Executive

Position overview:

The job holder will be based in Nova Pazova and the primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales growth according to company plans by:

• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Visiting customers to evaluate their needs and promote products and services or provide customer support.
• Collaborating closely with clients to identify new sales opportunities or solve problems.
• Preparing and negotiating contracts, determining pricing, promotions, credit terms, product availability etc.
• Monitoring sales execution throughout the year, along with product delivery and payments.
• Maintaining client database updated and monitoring client payment balances under control.

Position’s Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Desirable experience in sales of packaging, food/non-food sector, or B2B sales
• Excellent computer knowledge especially MS OFFICE software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on results
• Holder of a driver’s license
• The willingness to undertake extensive travel (~60% of work time)
