Solution Sales Manager – Renewable Energy - Serbia

Our client, a fast-growing Europe-based renewable energy start-up, is expanding its footprint across Europe. With a strong focus on solar inverters, battery storage, EV charging, and smart energy solutions, they are leading the way toward a more sustainable and efficient energy future.

To support this growth, we’re looking for a Solution Sales Manager in Serbia to drive B2B sales of integrated renewable energy solutions.

As a Solution Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end solution sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
• Deliver tailored product solutions to clients through solar and storage
• Build long-term relationships through consultative selling and technical know-how
• Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and conferences

What You Bring

• A proven track record in B2B Sales in PV– consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• Strong full-cycle sales experience: lead generation, solution proposal, negotiation, closing
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and close complex deals
• Technical aptitude in renewable energy or clean-tech systems (solar, storage, EVs, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Serbian
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
