What You’ll Be Doing

PGI’s corporate pillar is dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions and services that delivers business resilience for our clients. Due to this we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our corporate market efforts. This is a key role that will shape and drive our sales strategy, expand our market presence, build key client relationships and contribute to our overall mission:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate market
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Managing the sales process from initial conversations through to close
• Working closely with technical and delivery teams to shape client solutions
• Understanding client challenges and identifying opportunities to add value
• Supporting growth across PGI’s cybersecurity and resilience service lines
• Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments

On Day One You Will Bring

• Experience in B2B business development, account management or consultative sales
• Experience within cybersecurity, technology, professional services or a related sector
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially driven mindset
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders and understanding client challenges
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing team
• A genuine interest in cybersecurity, resilience and solving client problems
