Dr. Pong, one of Thailand's fastest-growing skincare brands, is looking for an experienced Export & Business Development Manager to drive international expansion and accelerate growth across key overseas markets. This role will lead market development, distributor partnerships, commercial negotiations, and export operations while delivering sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and develop new international business opportunities

✅ Recruit, manage, and grow distributor networks across global markets

✅ Develop market-entry strategies and country business plans

✅ Achieve international sales and profitability targets

✅ Lead commercial negotiations and distributor agreements

✅ Coordinate export operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional execution

✅ Build and develop a high-performing export team

We're Looking For

✔ 5-8+ years in Export Sales, International Business Development, Distributor Management, or Regional Sales

✔ Experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, healthcare, consumer products, or e-commerce preferred

✔ Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Ability to travel internationally as required
