Do you have a passion for wool and excel at relationship building? then look no further for a role where you can have a meaningful impact supporting growers.
As the Australia Relationship Manager, you'll play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with Australian growers, supporting growers through onboarding and audit while contributing to grower engagement activities and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers and other stakeholders across Australia
- Guide growers through onboarding and audit processes, ensuring growers understand programme requirements and expectations.
- Support the planning and delivery of grower engagement events and activities.
- Deliver regular and meaningful communications to growers ensuring they feel informed, connected and valued.

- A qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar relationship management focused role.
- Experience on farm
- A sound understanding of farm systems, land management and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
