To strengthen our international team, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Manager India (m/f/d)
based at our headquarters near Frankfurt Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business development activities in the Indian market and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in India and Germany.

Your Responsibilities
As Senior Manager India (m/f/d), you will work closely with our team in Frankfurt and Pune and take responsibility for the following:
- Coordinate operational activities and projects of the FRM India team, with a particular focus on generating and developing new investment leads.
- Advise Indian companies from various industries on establishing and expanding their operations in the FrankfurtRhineMain region.
- Build and maintain relationships with Indian business service providers, industry associations, chambers, and public institutions supporting market entry into Germany.
- Act as the primary liaison between our headquarters and representative office in India, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Plan, organize, and deliver business delegations, location presentations, seminars, webinars, receptions, and trade fair appearances.
- Maintain CRM data, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop targeted marketing strategies for the Indian market.
- Support budgeting and financial planning for activities related to the Indian market.
Your Profile
Professional Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client acquisition, or lead generation via digital channels, telephone, and events
- Strong understanding of Indian business culture and market dynamics, combined with an established professional network in India and the FrankfurtRhineMain region
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business development, investment promotion, consulting, international trade, or a related field.; experience in a public-sector or public-private environment is advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English and German (minimum C1 level)
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Management, or a comparable field

- Valid Class B driver's license
