To support its international growth, the Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Area Manager. We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales within hydraulics, fluid power or related industrial technologies, who is passionate about developing business, building strong customer relationships and working on innovative solutions combining hydraulics, electronics and electrification.
Candidates currently based in Northern Italy or Germany will be considered for the position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the Central European market and contributing to the long-term growth of the Group.
Territory: Central Europe (DACH + BENELUX + Czech Republic)

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing customers, including OEMs, distributors and strategic accounts.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in mobile machinery and industrial applications.
- Promote the Group’s complete portfolio, from hydraulic components to integrated electronic and electrification solutions.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their technical needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification to technical proposal, negotiation and order acquisition.
- Support customers during project development phases in collaboration with Application Engineering, Product Management and R&D.
- Develop sales forecasts, market analysis and business development plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and technological developments.
- Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities and projects through CRM tools.
- Represent the Group at international exhibitions, technical events and customer meetings.
- Technical degree or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within:
- hydraulic components;
- fluid power;
- mobile hydraulics;
- industrial machinery;
- electronic control systems or related technologies.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to discuss solutions with engineering departments and decision makers.
- Proven experience managing OEM customers and complex technical sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- Proactive, structured and independent working approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and internationally.
- Current residence in Northern Italy or Germany.
- Fluent or native-level German.
- Good knowledge of Italian.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
