About Keo

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Miami, Keo Capital provides technology‑driven financial solutions that enhance liquidity, transparency, and efficiency in B2B supply chain financing and business travel expense management.

Operating across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Latin America, the company supports corporate and mid‑market clients with complex domestic and cross‑border payment needs.

KEO Capital is positioned for growth within the rapidly expanding, under‑digitized B2B payments and short‑term corporate credit markets while advancing financial inclusivity.

As we expand our cross‑border payments footprint, we are seeking a highly driven Merchant Acquisition Manager to accelerate merchant enablement particularly in the US participating in the Workeo NCL program. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and relationship‑oriented professional who understands receivables acceleration solutions, merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, and the broader B2B payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, works with limited supervision, and collaborates effectively across multiple countries and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive merchant acquisition efforts in the U.S. market, with a strong focus on enabling merchants for the Workeo NCL program;
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard merchants aligned with KEO’s cross‑border payment strategy;
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of merchant prospects, driving velocity and conversion;
  • Partner closely with internal teams including Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and coverage;
  • Conduct market research to identify high‑value merchant segments and emerging opportunities;
  • Develop business cases, opportunity sizing, and strategic analyses to support merchant acquisition initiatives;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on merchant acceptance, cross‑border payments, and B2B payment flows;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key merchant stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and expansion opportunities;
  • Collaborate with central marketing to design and execute acquisition campaigns;
  • Track and report merchant acquisition performance, including pipeline metrics, onboarding progress, and activation results;
  • Support spend‑enablement activities to drive early and sustained merchant transaction volume.

Qualifications/Required Experience

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead discussions with senior merchant stakeholders and influence decision‑making;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proven relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence business decisions;
  • Experience in acceleration of receivables, merchant acquisition, payments acceptance and corporate sales;
  • Understanding of cross‑border payment solutions, merchant onboarding processes, and payment networks;
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills;
  • Familiarity with merchant underwriting, payment acceptance economics, or procurement processes is a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment with significant ambiguity;
  • Consistent track record of meeting KPIs and delivering measurable results;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
