What You Will Do

As a Sales Manager you will

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics
• Conduct site tours attend events and represent the property
• Support overall sales goals and property performance

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking team members who are

• Results driven with strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communicators with strong relationship building abilities
• Organized detail oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
• Professional adaptable and self motivated
• Positive respectful and team oriented
• Preferred
• At least 2 years of hotel sales experience
• Experience with sales systems such as Delphi Experience with Hilton or similar brand systems
  

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is an active role Candidates must be able to

• Travel locally for client meetings events and site visits
• Stand and walk for extended periods during events or tours
• Occasionally lift carry or move materials for presentations or events
• Maintain energy and professionalism in a fast paced environment
