Role Description: The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, Colorado responsible for growing revenue and expanding the customer base for screen printing, embroidery services and various promotional products. The job focuses on market expansion by securing new clients, by structuring long term strategic partnerships while building cold-to-warm sales pipelines Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and conducting in-person and virtual sales meetings with local businesses, schools, events and organizations. The role involves preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and collaborating with production and design teams to ensure orders meet deadlines and client expectations. The Business Development Manager will maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, track sales performance, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. This position requires consistent on-site engagement, including client visits, participation in local events or trade shows, and coordination with internal staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
