Position Summary
SureWerx is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager – End User Safety Sales Specialist to support National Accounts and drive end-user demand across a multi-state territory.
This role is responsible for developing pull-through sales strategies, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding the presence of SureWerx within key industrial and construction markets. The ideal candidate combines deep PPE product expertise, with strong business development capabilities and a consultative sales approach.
The successful candidate will ideally reside in the Southeast (Charlotte or Atlanta) supporting 6 adjacent states.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with National Account objectives
- Drive end-user engagement to generate pull-through demand via distributor partners
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and safety training sessions
- Partner with distributor sales teams through joint calls and coordinated sales initiatives
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation
- Represent SureWerx at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums
- Analyze competitive landscape and position SureWerx solutions effectively
- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships within assigned territory
- Proven track record of selling safety products to end users in industrial or construction markets
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing a defined geographic territory and account portfolio
- Proficiency in CRM systems and structured pipeline management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to influence purchasing decisions at multiple organizational levels
- Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively within territory
