BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MARKET EXPANSION

Locations: Nashville, TN | Charlotte, NC | Atlanta, GA | Orlando, FL | Austin, TX | DFW, TX

THE ROLE:

• Open net-new markets in FL, GA, Carolinas, TN, and TX with disciplined outbound (50+ calls/day)
• Sell staffing solutions in accounting & finance, operations, admin, and call center roles to mid-market companies (150–1,000 employees)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven new-business production in agency staffing sales (you can name the logos you've opened)
• Experience in IT, accounting & finance, operations, admin, or call center staffing

TWO PATHS TO JOIN:

Path A: DFW Rising Talent

Locations: Downtown Fort Worth, TX

• 3–5+ years staffing sales experience
• In-office 4 days/week at Cypress Waters + hybrid flexibility
• Hands-on mentorship from sales leadership

Path B: Remote Proven Producer

Locations: (Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL)

• 10+ years of staffing sales experience
• Remote from Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, or Austin
• Monthly travel to DFW + run your market with full autonomy
