- Cooperate closely with the management team to support Region’s positioning and action plans.
- Country ownership of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Commercial Management Process.
- Report on changes in business and market dynamics, enable development of contingency plans to exploit opportunities and mitigate vulnerabilities to close strategic and business gaps
- Ensure alignment of sales pipeline activities, Acquisition & Value Expansion Opportunities
- Ownership of all Sales Excellence tools as the trusted source for prospective business Opportunities
- Ensure effective and efficient application of the Sales cadence process, by ensuring alignment of processes and tools.
- Monitor contract compliance, sales and service performance & drive to best¬ in-class practice for tool utilization, Sales cadence process and IBP Commercial Management
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics. Master Degree will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial excellence role in preferably In Health Care Industry (Diagnostic preferred).
- Previous experience of Planning Processes.
- Demonstrated business analytical capabilities and track record of contingency planning with a Commercial Operations focus.
- Strong Leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and operate within a Cross Function Team in a Matrix Organizational Structure.
- Demonstrated performance of leading Projects/Programs and influencing change.
