Business Development Manager

Artech is a Top 10 Global IT Staffing Firm is seeking a talented New Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality that can engage with clients to drive successful staffing solutions for their hiring needs and maximize and broaden/deepen our relationships with them. We are looking for someone with IT staffing sales experience. If you enjoy talking to people, are passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and excited to roll up your sleeves to our customers' success, you may be just who we're looking for.

Responsibilities

• Develop and penetrate accounts by prospecting, contacting, and face to face meetings.
• Accountable for all aspects of a client relationship, pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
• Accountable for building a sales pipeline
• Identify and qualify opportunities for our Staffing Solutions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Understand and analyze roadblocks in filling technical positions.
• Participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs and professional association meetings.
• To be successful in this role, you will share our passion for helping people, enthusiasm and ready to go attitude.
• Some travel may be required <25%

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional experience in a staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales environment
• Exceptional business and technology acumen
• Staffing industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required
