Business Development Manager

STADA Eurasia is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our portfolio across regional markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Portfolio Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned regional markets
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of M&A, licensing-in, licensing-out, co-promotion, distribution, and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor market and technology trends, as well as competitor activities
  • Build and maintain a strong network of internal and external BD contacts

2. Deal Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of transactions, including: Opportunity screening
  • Business case preparation
  • Due diligence
  • Negotiation strategy
  • Contract negotiations
  • Internal approvals
  • Deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio, legal, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Business Administration, Finance, or Strategy
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting
  • Proven experience in business development and portfolio management
  • Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong track record of signed deals across various transaction types (M&A, licensing, distribution)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Regional or international experience across multiple countries
  • Experience managing licensing or distribution partnerships
  • Experience with branded, specialty, biosimilar, or innovative pharmaceutical portfolios
