Business Development Manager

About this Position Henkel is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What You´ll Do

• Be responsible for Beauty Care Professional business results in Kazakhstan & other given distributor countries in the CAC region
• Collaborating with the global, regional & local team for the success of the Beauty Care Professional business
• Create strategies and concepts, ensure launches and re-launches and present them to the distributors and key customers in countries
• Close and effective cooperation with the Kazakhstan & other given distributors
• Support in the perfect execution of the annual masterplan o Implementation of global
• Sales KPIs and processes
• Set up ideal education and training structures for hairdressers
• Develop proposals for key activities per country (assortment, communication, services, trainings, events etc.)
• Short term and midterm planning per brand and segment based on top-down planning framework
• Build and continuously improve market knowledge (fact finding missions, market research)

What makes you a good fit

• High University degree (preferably economics, business administration, finance)
• Experience in managing a business, preferably B2B, at least for 5 years (international company/environment is beneficial)
• Experience in distributor management and sales and marketing management
• Financial knowledge on the managerial level (budgeting, financial control & cost effectiveness)
• Fluent English, Russian speaker. Other regional languages an advantage (Georgian, Armenian, …)
• Hands-on and outgoing personality to connect with partners, clients, and other Henkel departments.
