Marketopia for Software & Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead growth, develop high-performing teams, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

📍 Location: Loran, Alexandria
🗓️ Working Days: 5 days per week
🏖️ Days Off: 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure consistent target achievement.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Improve lead generation, conversion rates, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and business performance.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
✅ Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
✅ Strong understanding of sales funnels, digital marketing, and business growth.
✅ Top priority will be given to candidates with experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, Software Companies, SaaS, Websites, Mobile Applications, or Technology Solutions.
