Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong client relationships, earning trust through consistent, high-quality service.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market insights.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Expand your professional network while representing MatchBox with credibility and expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally from sectors such as construction, energy, engineering, industrial services, accounting & finance, or professional services or a fast-paced, results oriented b2b sales environment. Experience in recruitment is nice to have but not required.
• Demonstrated drive, accountability, and professionalism - balanced with creativity and transparency.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Post-secondary education in business, human resources, engineering, commerce, or a related field.

Compensation

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
