Indexed description

An entry-level seat in enterprise sales — where you learn how big deals actually get done.

Most graduate sales jobs hand you a list and tell you to dial SMBs. This one puts you in

front of real enterprises — €50–500m fashion and retail brands, real stakeholders, six-figure

deals — from day one, mentored by people who win them for a living. If you want a first job

that builds the skills behind the best commercial careers, with a clear path to grow, start here.

What you'll actually do

Find the accounts worth chasing, work out who really makes the call, and open cold

conversations that turn into pipeline. You'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, map the

org, multi-thread your way in, and book meetings so well-qualified the AE is never surprised.

You'll track it in HubSpot, help sharpen the playbook, and represent Hakio at conferences in

front of senior stakeholders.

Be honest with yourself — this is a hunt

Most days are cold outreach and rejection before they're wins, and enterprise cycles are long,

so you're playing for a payoff that can be months out. If that drains you, this isn't your role.

If a "no" just tells you where to push next — and you like keeping score — keep reading.

You'll thrive here if...

- You're competitive and target-driven, and you measure yourself before anyone else does.

- You bounce back fast — a "no" doesn't slow you down.

- You read the room: who's really deciding, and what's left unsaid.

- You think in accounts, not random activity — which to attack, in what order, from which angle.

- You're coachable and self-correcting — you change behaviour in days, not quarters.

- You've a track record of going after something hard and winning — sport, studies, a side hustle.

Why Hakio

We help fashion brands — Hummel, Carhartt, Organic Basics and ~30 others — decide what to make

and buy, so they overproduce less, lose fewer sales, and free up cash. Our platform sits at the

core of their most important decisions. Good for business, great for the planet. We're a

startup: things move fast, and we'll expect you to help shape how.

What we're looking for

- Early in your career — recent graduate (Aarhus BSS / cand.merc or equivalent welcome) or up

to ~2 years in. Mindset over CV; sales experience is a plus, not a must.

- Curious, persistent, coachable — driven by growth and targets in equal measure.

- Excited to learn how complex, multi-stakeholder deals get done.

- Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Native German is a real advantage — you'll open

DACH doors others can't. No Danish needed; our working language is English.

- A genuine interest in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.

- Bonus: you've touched HubSpot or Sales Navigator (we'll teach you if not).

What we offer

- Competitive base + uncapped commission — the more you book, the more you earn.

- A clear career path with defined promotion gates and real mentorship — you'll always know

what "next" looks like and how to get there.

- Continuous learning, flexibility, and a team that celebrates wins — from our HQ in Aarhus N.

- Health insurance, team events, great lunch, and more.

- Based in Aarhus. EU citizens can work in Denmark freely; if you're a non-EU grad already here,

your post-study permit usually covers it.

Two ways to apply — we'd rather you called

The best route: call us and give us your best 90-second pitch. Part of the test is

working out who to reach. If you can sell yourself, you can sell Hakio.

The safe route: send your CV to [email protected].
