Business Development Manager, 100%
Location: Muttenz, Switzerland
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC) segment and drive innovative logistics solutions.
Your impact:
- Generate new business and expand key accounts
- Develop and execute growth strategies and go-to-market initiatives
- Launch new products, including cold chain solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver revenue growth (€3M+ target)
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- 5–8 years of experience in business development or solution sales
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare logistics, or cold chain solutions is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in LSHC or logistics is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Proven experience managing large and complex customer accounts
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
