Inside Sales Consultant with French and Spanish/Portugese

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will focus on maximizing revenue by managing digital leads, actively prospecting, and reactivating dormant clients to hit key quarterly targets.

Your high communication skills and customer-centric approach will be crucial in navigating negotiations, handling objections, and closing deals effectively.

What will you do:

• Handling inbound digital leads to identify client needs, present our offerings, and efficiently convert sales opportunities.
• Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients through outbound communication channels to continuously expand the customer base.
• Executing wake-up campaigns to reactivate dormant clients and recover stalled purchasing processes.
• Verifying orders and maintaining meticulous records of every phone call and sales activity within our systems.
• Manually authorizing companies that fail automatic authorization using available tools and in accordance with established procedures
• Monitoring personal performance to meet quarterly goals.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, CX, Operations, Finance, and Support to ensure a high-quality sales process and customer experience.

Required skills:

• Experience: proven track record in managing a full sales cycle, from lead qualification to successfully closing deals.
• Tool Pro: proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and modern sales tools.
• Languages: English minimum B1 and excellent knowledge of French and Spanish/Portugese. Italian is a plus.
• Soft Skills: strong interpersonal communication, customer orientation, proactivity, analytical thinking, negotiation abilities, and adaptability to change.
