IT Procurement Manager

A global financial firm is looking for an IT Procurement Manager. This is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.

Role is full-time/permanent with discretionary bonus.

This role covers the sourcing, negotiation, and oversight of hardware, software, cloud services, and IT professional services procurement. The ideal candidate brings experience collaborating with IT, Finance, Legal, and vendors to drive cost-effective, compliant, and timely delivery of technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to IT purchasing.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services (hardware lifecycle, SaaS models, cloud consumption-based pricing).
• Proficiency in ERP or procurement systems.
• Experience managing enterprise agreements with major technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell Technologies, Amazon Web Services, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM) best practices a plus
• Global experience.
