Sales Executive

Arkas Logistics is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing global team. If you’re experienced in international freight forwarding and passionate about delivering competitive, customer‑focused solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking
• Contribute to the identification of specific business opportunities and participate in the development of new or modified service offerings
• Establish executive-level relationships with prospects and clients
• Coordinate with all business functions (marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure a positive client experience
• Price and negotiate our client’s products and services
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
• Follow-up for collection of payment
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 10 years in a customer-facing and sales role in the import/ Export freight forwarding industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
• Business development spirit
