What you’ll do:

• Prospect and qualify outbound leads across email, phone, and LinkedIn on behalf of ArcPoint

• Research target accounts and craft personalized outreach that actually gets replies

• Book qualified meetings for ArcPoint Account Executives and keep an accurate pipeline in CRM

• Attend networking events to build relationships and represent the ArcPoint brand

• Assist in proposal creation, helping shape offers that solve real customer problems

• Guide customer requests with responsiveness and care, reinforcing ArcPoint’s reputation for reliability

• Hit and exceed monthly quota for qualified opportunities

• Partner closely with ArcPoint’s sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting

What you bring:

• 1-3 years of outbound sales/SDR experience, ideally in B2B services

• Track record of hitting quota and comfort with high-volume prospecting

• Sharp written and verbal communication — you can hook a prospect in two sentences

• Experience with a CRM

• A relationship-first mindset — you build trust quickly and follow through on what you say

• Resilience, curiosity, and a genuine drive to grow into a closing role

Compensation: Base + uncapped commission (range discussed in interview)
