Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through proactive prospecting
• Research accounts and identify strategic opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with prospective clients
• Keep CRM data accurate, organized, and actionable
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve results
• Collect and share market insights to inform strategy

Qualifications

• Former college, professional, or Olympic athletes, or military veterans
• Exceptional work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure
• Highly coachable with a growth mindset
