Outside Sales Representative

DUC Investments LLC is a premier distributor in the architectural and engineered wood sector. We are proud to serve as the exclusive distributor for Kastamonu Entegre products throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

We are currently seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Representative to join our growing team. As we continue to expand our reach in the Northeast market, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our exclusive partnerships and promoting our flagship product line, which includes high-quality MDF, particleboard, laminate flooring, and premium decorative surfaces.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in NJ. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients, present company offerings, answer questions, and guide customers through the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, scheduling and conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close opportunities. The Salesperson will represent Duc Investments professionally at all times and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in direct sales, client engagement, and relationship building.

Ability to identify customer needs, present solutions clearly, and negotiate effectively.

Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written communication.

Extensive sales experience in the wood manufacturing industry, specializing in engineered wood products, including MDF and particleboard panels

Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work toward defined sales goals.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability in client-facing situations.

Experience in investments, financial services, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
