About The Role
As a Host Growth Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our network of hosts for Epic Trips. You'll identify, attract, and build relationships with high-potential partners, ensuring that the experiences available on our platform are high-quality, in demand, and built for long-term success.
This role goes beyond growing the number of hosts. You'll own the acquisition funnel, make data-informed decisions and help build a scalable supply strategy that drives sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire high-potential hosts in strategic markets.
- Evaluate opportunities based on infrastructure, experience quality, capacity, location, and growth potential.
- Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from prospecting through host approval.
- Improve conversion across outbound, inbound, and referral acquisition channels.
- Develop and nurture partnerships that generate new acquisition opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, identify supply gaps, and contribute to expansion strategies.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Management and Onboarding teams.
- Monitor acquisition performance and continuously optimize the funnel through data-driven insights.
You'll likely be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer acquisition.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex acquisition pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English to work in a global environment.
- Experience in marketplaces, travel tech, tourism, or the sharing economy.
- Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
- Background in consultative sales or strategic partnerships.
