Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Sell delegate tickets across a portfolio of Infrastructure and Real Estate conferences, supporting the marketing team in achieving revenue targets
- Manage outbound sales activity through phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM outreach to senior-level industry professionals
- Report on and track delegate sales pipeline performance, outreach activity, conversion rates, and sales progress
- Conduct new data research and sourcing for paid audience segments, working closely with the Marketing, Data & Lead Generation Executive
- Handle pre-event delegate management and support, including inbound enquiries, registration assistance, and delegate app sign-up support
- Liaise with the Finance team regarding invoice requests and payment follow-up
- Provide onsite event support, including delegate registration, attendee management, and customer service during live events
- Support the delivery of associated awards programmes, including awards submission coordination and entrant support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and reporting
- Build strong relationships with delegates, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to support repeat attendance and long-term engagement
- Previous experience in delegate sales, event sales, B2B sales, or conference support preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in outbound calling and engaging with senior-level decision-makers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Commercially minded with a target-driven approach
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel and support onsite event delivery when required

The Current Offer
- Hybrid Office Model: 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in office in Sofia, 2 days remote
