About the role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first voice business owners hear when they reach out to myPOS. Your job: understand what they need, show them how myPOS can help, and turn that first conversation into a lasting customer relationship.

You'll manage your own pipeline, work closely with sales teams across Europe, and get real, hands-on exposure to fintech sales from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first conversation local businesses have with myPOS, responding to inbound leads and exploring what they need to grow and how our product can contribute to it
• Act as a trusted advisor and payments expert, presenting myPOS solutions tailored to each customer’s business needs
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up, helping turn conversations into new customers and revenue as part of the growing Inside Sales team
• Own your pipeline by keeping customer conversations and progress accurately tracked
• Partner closely with sales teams across Europe and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role over the phone, where you’ve handled complex conversations and follow-ups; experience in inside sales or business development is a strong advantage
• Experience working with CRM systems to stay organized and on top of customer conversations; HubSpot experience is a plus, but not a must
• A proactive, can-do approach, and a natural sense of ownership over your work and results
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and adapt your style
• Good time-management and organizational skills, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Native Bulgarian and advanced level of English
