We partner with leading manufacturers worldwide and supply materials used across industries including Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals, Paints & Coatings, Construction, Plastics, Metallurgy, and many others.


As we continue to experience rapid growth and profitability we are seeking ambitious, analytical, and relationship-driven young professionals to join our commercial team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, build long-term customer relationships, develop expertise in international chemical markets, and to grow alongside the firm. At FCI, successful candidates will take on significant responsibility early in their careers and have a direct impact on business strategy and customer development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in engineering, business development, chemistry, consulting, supply chain, finance, or another analytical business function preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in global markets, and the chemical industry.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize processes is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Interest in international business and willing to learn, and to work with different cultures is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Research chemical raw materials, global markets, manufacturers, competitors, and end-use applications.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership on commercial strategy, customer development, supplier relationships, and long-term business initiatives.
  • Utilize AI tools and market intelligence to improve research, productivity, and business development.


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Starting Salary

  • Bachelor's Degree: $100,000–$120,000
  • Master's Degree: $122,000–$140,000

Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience.
