Our client is a global designer, manufacturer, and installer of commercial playground, outdoor fitness, and recreation equipment. They are searching for an experienced Territory Sales Rep to join their team ASAP!


Salary:

  • $100k guaranteed first-year OTE (comprised of base salary & guaranteed commission)
  • Additional upside through uncapped commissions
  • Full comprehensive benefits.


Job Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned region by developing relationships with municipalities, educational institutions, developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders. This individual will manage a consultative sales process from prospecting and solution development through project completion, leveraging strong relationship-building skills and a strategic approach to business development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in solution-based sales, long sales cycles, and managing opportunities through a CRM platform.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow business opportunities within an assigned territory through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Consult with customers to understand project goals and recommend tailored solutions that align with their needs and objectives.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a CRM platform and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities across key market segments including educational institutions, municipalities, parks and recreation organizations, developers, architects, contractors, and related stakeholders.
  • Increase product awareness and generate demand through presentations, industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and project recommendations with support from internal design, operations, and project teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from project planning and design through installation and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting within the CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative or solution-based sales processes preferred.
  • Previous experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal support teams. ,
