BASIC PURPOSE:

Drive revenue growth and expand WIKA’s presence within assigned EPC accounts by executing commercial strategies, creating demand through value‑based solutions, and managing strategic customer relationships across the full project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success. Focus on the East Coast EPCs. Target sectors: Power Generation, Pharma/Life Sciences, Chemical, Semiconductors, Data Centers, Basic Materials, and Midstream O&G.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute annual sales plans for assigned EPC accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, track, and forecast EPC capital project opportunities while maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline
  • Develop and execute project pursuit and go-to-market strategies to secure inclusion in RFQs and approved vendor lists
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and collaborate with channel partners, EPCs, end users, OEMs, and licensors
  • Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and technical solution positioning for complex projects
  • Lead commercial negotiations and assist with contract review to successfully close business
  • Provide ongoing customer and project support through execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project completion
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs while representing WIKA at industry events
  • Coordinate with global project teams and provide regular pipeline, account, and market updates



QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience
  • 4+ years of outside sales experience selling complex, long-cycle technical solutions to EPC companies.
  • Recent experience selling to EPCs in the U.S. market.
  • Knowledge of capital projects in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation; Data Center experience is a plus.
  • Experience with instrumentation, controls, and project proposal development preferred.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, communication, and account management skill.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Teams, and related business
