Now Hiring: New Business Account Manager
Max 2/Magnum Manufacturing is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial New Business Account Manager to help grow our automation and engineered manufacturing business throughout the Midwest.
Magnum Manufacturing has been serving the manufacturing industry since 1978. While our automation division is relatively new, it is backed by nearly five decades of manufacturing experience and the resources of four established companies.
We are looking for someone with an established network in the automation, manufacturing, or industrial markets who can immediately begin developing new opportunities and opening doors. If you have relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance managers, operations leaders, or manufacturing executives, we'd love to talk to you.
Our Capabilities Include:
- Engineered-to-order automation
- Robotics and automation integration
- Machine rebuilds and overhauls
- Millwright services
- Equipment installation and relocation
- Production line and facility moves
- CNC machining and fabrication
- Custom tooling and fixtures
- Welding and fabrication
- Process improvements
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow new customer accounts.
- Leverage your existing network to create opportunities.
- Build relationships with engineering, operations, maintenance, and plant leadership teams.
- Conduct customer visits throughout the Midwest.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets.
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in new business development and outside sales.
- Existing contacts within the automation, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to travel throughout the Midwest.
- Experience selling automation, capital equipment, industrial services, or manufacturing solutions is highly desirable.
