일본 사업개발(BD) 담당 모집(경력)

담당업무

• IP 콜라보레이션, IP 공동 개발 및 2차 부가 사업 등 다각도 비즈니스 협업
• 자사 게임의 일본 시장 세일즈를 위한 현지 퍼블리셔 컨택·계약 체결까지 수반 업무
• 사업 타당성 검토를 위한 마켓 리서치, 잠재 파트너사 발굴 및 네트워킹
• 국내외 유관 부서 및 글로벌 파트너사와의 원활한 협업 조율

필요역량

• 유관업무 4년 이상 또는 이에 준하는 경험자
• 일본 IP 판권사 및 로컬 파트너사와의 실무 협업 및 직접 소통 경험이 있으신 분
• 원어민 수준의 일본어 능력을 보유하신 분
• 능동적인 태도로 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 포착하고 성과 창출하는 데 도전적인 분
• 데이터 기반의 현상 분석과 이를 바탕으로 설득력 있는 전략을 도출하실 수 있는 분
• 병역필 혹은 면제로 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없는 분

우대사항

• 일본 현지 회사 및 일본 회사에서의 유관업무 경력자
• 국내외 IP 홀더사 및 IP 에이전시사에서의 유관 업무 경력자
• 문화 콘텐츠 산업 및 게임 산업에 대한 이해도가 높은 분
• 일본 애니메이션 및 서브컬쳐 게임에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
• 일본어 외에 제2외국어(영어, 중국어) 능통자

기타 안내사항

• (면접) 전형일정 및 결과에 대해서는 이메일을 통해 안내드립니다.

• 정규직 입사 시 3개월의 수습기간이 적용됩니다.
• 당사에서는 ‘채용절차 공정화에 관한 법률'을 준수하며, 채용과정에서 오프라인으로 제출한 서류가 있을 경우 해당 공고의 채용 여부가 확정된 이후 14일 이내에 반환을 요청할 수 있습니다.
