What You'll Do

✔ Prospect and acquire new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, canvassing, and field visits.

✔ Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing.

✔ Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.

✔ Understand customer business needs and recommend innovative fleet management and SaaS solutions.

✔ Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

✔ Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

✔ Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

What We're Looking For

✔ 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.

✔ Strong new business development and hunting experience.

✔ Confident with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face client meetings.

✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.

✔ Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment.
