Business Development Associate - Manager

Luminare Consulting is an Executive Recruitment Agency established in 2019. We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate up to Manager to join our organization. We would like to have someone who are eager to build relationship with prospective clients, meaning minimum Cold BD (unless required) to successfully bring in clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Researching organizations and create business development plans.
• Contacting and arranging Business Development meetings with prospect clients.
• Developing quotes and proposals to clients.
• Building relationship with prospect clients through networking, attending/hosting events.
• Managing digital marketing/campaign of the business and adjust them according to Business Development/Sales strategy.

REQUIREMENT

• Min 1 year of total work experience as a Sales/Business Development for Associate level
• Min 3 years of work experience as a Sales/Business Development for Manager level
• Capability to build and nurture relationship is a must
• Experience and willingness to cold BD is a must
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Prior experience/understanding in SaaS or recruitment industry will be a great plus
