Business Development Manager

Job Description

• Identify and develop potential clients, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the sales pipeline and business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end client acquisition process including pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and closing high-value deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and service delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support business expansion strategies.
• Prepare regular business reports, client updates, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership, or Account Management (experience in e-commerce, agency, TikTok, or Shopee industry is preferred).
• Strong experience in both client maintenance and new business acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
