Sales Representative Power Systems Rentals

Starting Total Compensation Range: $100,000-$165,000; base salary plus commission structure based on performance. A Year One guaranteed minimum will be negotiated.
Responsibilities
- Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals through visits to various customer job sites/offices.
- Develop, plan, and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those
- Understand market conditions and competitive environment to maximize pricing
- Optimize product and service offerings to diversify customer base and reach additional market
- Provide a full range of customized services and solution-based options to
- Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for
- Report sales activity through use of CRM and other tools.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
- 3 - 5 years sales experience
- Experience within the equipment rental industry, specifically within the pump, power, and climate control market highly
- Strong level of product knowledge specific to Pump, Power, and Climate Control
- Passion for customer
- Ability to sell complex products and customer
- Communicates professionally and
- Ability to negotiate with and influence decision
- Drive results through
- Adapts to changing business and customer
- Self-motivated to achieve goals and deliver
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving
- Travel throughout the Milton CAT territory, as well as outside of the Milton CAT territory as required
