Before founding Tirtha, I was a Landmark Forum Leader with Landmark Worldwide, one of the world’s largest personal and professional development organizations. Since then, I have coached more than 50,000 people and partnered with organizations including Smithsonian, Amazon, Lush, SoulCycle, and leaders around the world.

Your Mission

Build relationships with:

* Women’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

* Chief People Officers

* Learning & Development leaders

* Chief Revenue Officers

* Women’s leadership conferences

* Sales organizations

* Women’s business networks

* Executive teams committed to developing women

Your role is to open doors that lead to keynote presentations, Reinvigorate™ workshops, executive coaching, and long-term corporate partnerships.

Who You Are

You have experience building relationships and creating opportunities in areas such as leadership development, executive coaching, corporate learning, HR, consulting, or executive events.

You’re commercially minded but deeply relationship-driven.

You know that trust creates opportunity.

You believe meaningful work belongs in the world.

Compensation

This is a commission-based founding partnership with unlimited earning potential.
