Role Description The Independent Representative role is a remote position focused on promoting M Pollard Educational Solutions Group’s services and building strategic relationships with schools, families, and organizations. On a day-to-day basis, the Independent Representative identifies prospective clients, conducts outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and presents educational solutions tailored to client needs. The role includes maintaining accurate records of contacts and activities, following up on leads, and supporting clients through the onboarding process. Independent Representatives collaborate virtually with internal teams to share feedback from the field and help refine offerings, while managing their own schedule, territory, and sales activities.

- Comfort with virtual tools and platforms, including video conferencing, CRM or contact tracking systems, and standard office software.
- Background in education, tutoring, consulting, or related fields is beneficial.
- Experience in client outreach, sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Commitment to equitable, learner-centered educational practices and a professional, inclusive approach to all stakeholders.
