Synergetic is currently accepting resumes to fill a Business Development role.

We are a Philadelphia based audio/visual company that specializes in live events with customers in the corporate, concert and social event sectors.

The Ideal Candidate Will Do The Following

• Help grow Synergetic in the sectors we are pursuing
• Continuing to give our current customer base lots of love
• Work in tandem with our sales associates to maximize efforts

This Position Would Be Best For An Individual That

• Loves the idea of walking into a room that nobody knows who they are and can easily network with the right people
• Has creative ways to find new customers
• Understands what we do and can competently talk to our customer base
• Can communicate effectively over the phone, in person and over email
• Wants to join a company that is 100% dedicated to growing
• Wants to have input on making the position and the company stronger
• Feels like they have no growth, no decision making and no opportunity in their current position
• Can be autonomous with their work and is well organized
