Business Development Manager

We are looking for our operation in KSA , a dynamic Business Development Manager in the Media / Advertising / Production / Filming / TVC industry to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing high-impact projects across brands, agencies, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and government sectors
• Generate leads and convert them into signed projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Present capabilities and lead client meetings and pitches
• Prepare and manage RFP responses and project proposals (including government tenders)
• Coordinate internally with creative, production, and finance teams to deliver competitive proposals
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing teams, and event organizers
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and high-demand sectors

• 5+ years of experience in business development within media, advertising, or production
• Strong experience in proposals, RFPs, and client pitches
• Solid network within the Saudi market is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English
