We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop business for Operation & Maintenance (O&M), Revamp, Retrofit, and Water Treatment Plant Spares.

✅ Generate new business opportunities by meeting customers and understanding their requirements.

✅ Build strong relationships with industries, consultants, and EPC contractors.

✅ Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up until order closure.

✅ Handle key accounts and provide the best technical solutions to customers.

✅ Track market trends, competitors, and prepare regular sales reports (MIS).

✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual business growth.

Preferred Candidate:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.

✔ Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, Recycling, or ZLD projects.

✔ Technical knowledge of Chemical or Water Treatment processes.

✔ Ability to understand engineering drawings and P&IDs.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
