The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, builders, contractors, and institutional clients while also exploring new channel and project partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement, Greet, interact, and build rapport with walk-in customers to understand their needs.
Sales Conversion,Showcase products/services, explain features, and convert inquiries into sales. Artitech Relation / Onboarding new Architects
Target Achievement, Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and showroom revenue goals.
Customer Relationship Management, Maintain follow-up with customers for repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge, Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to guide customers effectively.
Market Feedback / Research, Gather customer insights and competitor information to support business growth.
Maintain sales records and update management on daily/weekly performance.Increase sales volume.
