Business Development Specialist

Our client is an international company providing a wide range of services across different markets. They are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to join their team and ensure excellent customer care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Development of a new service across demand and operations streams;
• Presentation of the service to customers;
• Search and communication, sales of digital service to small businesses;
• Calls to customers;
• Conducting surveys by phone and offline;
• Search for new service growth points;
• Identification of operational issues from customers.

Qualifications

• Have strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Marathi;
• Quick learner, want to reach new skills;
• Ambitious and passionate attitude;
• Good negotiating skills;
• Can identify strengths and weaknesses of services and products;
• Can work with large amounts of data;
• Work outside office at markets in Pune.
