Location: Hybrid – (Malvern, PA or East Windsor, NJ - 3 days in-office/2 days work-from-home) or Remote if you live more than 50 miles from either location

Position Summary:
An excellent sales opportunity exists with an industry leader in healthcare communications and continuing medical education (CME/CE). This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and relationship development, with a strong emphasis on identifying, cultivating, and securing CME/CE grant funding across our wound care, podiatry, and surgical education portfolio.
The role will focus on proactive prospecting and lead generation to support accredited CME/CE education initiatives. This individual will play a key role in identifying and qualifying funding opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and supporting the full grant development lifecycle—from initial outreach through submission and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads to support CME/CE grant funding opportunities
- Build and cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations
- Identify, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective grant supporters across the full development cycle
- Partner with internal teams (programming, marketing, and operations) to align outreach and positioning with educational initiatives
- Support grant development and account management activities, including tracking, reporting, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, activity tracking, and reporting within CRM systems
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of inside sales, business development, or grant funding experience (healthcare or medical education preferred)
- Proven track record of lead generation and pipeline development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
