We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our WA Sales team based at our Perth Airport depot.
This is a genuine new business hunting role, ideal for someone who gets excited by opening doors, creating opportunities and turning prospects into long-term customers. You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, backed by one of Australia's most recognised logistics brands and a team that's committed to helping you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Generate new business through proactive cold calling, prospecting, networking and lead generation
- Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities across Western Australia
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Present tailored transport and logistics solutions to prospective customers
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business opportunities
- Partner with internal operational teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Stay across market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to maximise business growth
- Proven success in a Business Development, Sales or Account Acquisition role
- A genuine passion for winning new business and building long-term customer relationships
- Experience within freight, logistics, transport, supply chain or a related industry is highly regarded
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, networking and generating your own opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- Current Driver's Licence
