Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Full-Time | Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 + Uncapped Commission. $118,000 OTE

What You'll Do:

• Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales
• Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships
• Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities
• Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system
• Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers
• Maintain an active pipeline via your personal "Top 100" prospects list
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
• A "hunter" mentality - self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
• Prior formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
