This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire in Scandinavia and play a foundational role in building the market from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to establish and grow This Athlete in Scandinavia.

You will be responsible for introducing the brand to the Scandinavian market, building club and academy relationships, generating leads, and converting families into clients. As the Scandinavian division grows, you will grow with it — with significant opportunity for leadership responsibility and long-term progression.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within the U.S. soccer scholarship market
• Strong understanding of the American college recruitment system
• Proven sales ability and confidence in closing deals
• Entrepreneurial spirit — hungry, self-motivated, and proactive
• Comfortable building something from scratch
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills

Desirable

• Existing network within Scandinavian football clubs or academies
• Experience working directly with families on scholarship placements
