As a Business Manager - Vice President within the Business Enablement Team, you will support the execution of strategic priorities and business initiatives across Corporate Centers Philippines. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen governance, deliver executive reporting, coordinate key initiatives, and promote operational excellence. Your work will help drive effective decision-making, accountability, and business performance across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of approved business plans, strategic roadmaps, and objectives.
  • Coordinate and monitor key initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
  • Support governance activities including leadership forums, committee meetings, and working groups.
  • Prepare meeting materials, governance documentation, and decision-support content.
  • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and business insights.
  • Produce presentations, briefing materials, and updates for leadership audiences.
  • Support the transition of initiatives into sustainable business-as-usual operations.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and operational activities as required.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to facilitate alignment and execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Support operational planning, reporting, and performance management activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, program management, operations management, consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives and programs.
  • Experience preparing reporting and presentation materials for executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting governance processes, committees, or leadership forums.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

  • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
  • Experience within a global organization or shared services environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and business reporting.
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and geographic locations.
